How much does shipping cost?

All orders under $150 (before tax) will ship for $15. Orders over $150 (before tax) will ship for free.

When will my order ship?

All orders will be processed within 5 business days. Orders are typically processed quicker than our estimations, but we like to give ourselves a little wiggle room. Orders will ship via USPS or UPS. Once the package has left our store, there is a 3-7 business day estimated arrival time. While the orders largely arrive within 3-4 days of ordering, we cannot make guarantees on the speed in which the shipper delivers them. We are not responsible for items delayed by shipper. Please note delivery times do not include Sundays or holidays. Little Town is not responsible for items lost in transit or stolen.

What if I need my order sooner than this?

Select Local Pickup at checkout and you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours when your order is ready for pickup.

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by logging onto your Little Town account or by tracking your number usps.com or UPS.com. Little Town is not responsible for items lost in transit or stolen.
